This is the best brew, in my opinion, from St. James Gate (Canada?). A great, thick, smooth and heavy body, nice and thick brown head and lacing. Tastes like a fuller, better beer.

Poured a brown head which faded quickly. I almost thought I saw some hints of purple when held the nearly black brew up the light. This was a very typical dry stout in my estimation, there was coffee, light chocolate and a smooth mouthfeel, not quite a meal, but appetizing.

This was fantastic, poured a nice brown color with lots of little fuzzy bubbles. By my standards, this was pretty dang expensive, but I'd have to say this is absolutely perfect for special occaions. I'll really have to try this again to try and pick out all the little flavors and hints hidden all over this beer.

I wasn't too impressed with this bock. It was served everywhere in Dallas and Fort Worth, which I guess makes sense. When it was served to me it was always too cold and that may have affected the aroma and taste, as each time I had a second one, both improved. Nice brown color and malty, not sweet nor too hoppy.

I was not pleased with this beer. Some malt, some hops but I really couldn't tell what was going on with this beer. This brew reminded me a little of cardboard and something else I couldn't pick out. It sure looked pretty, though.

Not, absolutely not, worth it. I guess this is an Oktoberfest, but it just didn't seem like it to me. Just plain weak and it didn't have the rich, maltier flavor it should.

This was pretty good, nice light and creamy head on the pour. Good golden color with some yeast. The aroma was weak and typical more of a wheat ale, I thought. I'd give this one another try

Pours a head, and well tastes like it should, very boring. This is good for playing washers and other lawn activities, and maybe for cooking, but nothing else. I'd rather spend my time and money elsewhere, but I'm not above this beer. Extraordinarily cheap.

Crappy, as expected, and cheap, as expected. They sell fifteen packs of this stuff...kinda like colt 45. But I digress, pours some head, some lacing, kinda reminds me of High Life, but that's about it.

Another amazingly average offering. I guess its supposed to be pilsner-ish like its little cousin, Miller Lite, but I really couldn't pick out any saaz. Anyway, some lacing, not a bad aftertaste good enough for watching football with.
