Curt Schilling is up there from the era I watched. Johnny Bench as a young kid along with Pete Rose too. And legendary that I read about and long loved, Ty Cobb.

yeah, I think I'm just losing interest. I followed the guys 20, 30, 40 slots down from my favorite in the 80's and 90's more so than I do any player now.
