Non-Beer Discussion by SLOWRUNNER77
(forgive possible duplication if there is a 5 year old post already [;)]) Besides the obvious (CIDER!!!) what are your favorite beverages? Coincidentally, a couple of mine are part of some of my favorite beers, via the brewing process, or barrel-aging. #2. coffee (pure Kona still the best) #3. bourbon (always liked, really started to branch out over the last year) #4. wine (reds & dessert whites, though a good crisp white is enjoyed on occasion) #5. coconut water I don't delve into the other forms of liquor very often, though I can appreciate many of them. Not a big vodka or tequila fan. Do enjoy the ocassional cognac or scotch. Rarely gin, brandy, rum, etc... A great breakfast will always have both coffee and either (fresh) oj, grapefruit, or prineapple juice.

The Drink Whose Name Shall Not Be Spoken is a "Special Occasion" beverage for myself and those who want to see a white man dance. One Tequila, Two Tequila, Three Tequila, Floor!

Casa curiel is the mezcal that is so sweet and good it needs no lime. Perhaps Centennario is a close second. After that everything I've tried has a bite that makes you want to suck on a lime.

1921 is a really great, affordable tequila. Casa Noble Single Barrel or Milagro Anejo Select is my splurge. Casa Curiel is really great too.

Someone with more knowledge than myself needs to start a thread on TEQUILA so that novices may gain more information.[:)][:p] FoamDome would avoid that thread.[;)][B)]

I just couldn't stay away [xx(] Actually, I am happy to see the thread. I should put my bad experiences behind me, and get "back in the saddle." Maybe I'll give the unspeakable another try. NOT!
