New Glarus Dancing Man Wheat

Beer Discussion by BLUESANDBARBQ

BeerPal Notice: This topic was created for discussion of the beer New Glarus Dancing Man Wheat. One of the very best American versions of a German-style Hefeweizens along with Sierra Nevada Kellerweiss and Yazoo Hefeweizen. Outstanding bier.

Absolutely! I'd take over a kellerweiss (a good wheat) any day! Haven't tried yahoo... Yet :)

The man is dancing because there's an America brewer that nailed the style. It's not my favorite style (far from it) but New Glarus shows that they can excel at brewing classic styles just as well as they can unusual or atypical styles.

I was singing the praises of this beer because good friends brought me back 2 - 6ers of the Dancing Man... + a lot of other NG beers. [:D][:p][^]
