Woohoo! I couldn't believe the game was still on when I landed in NC, almost 4 hours after the game started! Then I thought NFL.com mobile was on the fritz when it said the giants still had the ball 1st and 10 on the SF 24, right after it was 4th and 13 on the NY 44! Too bad I set my DVR to only run an extra half hour. But man, the niners have some good defense. I was sitting next to a crazy lady Patriots fan on the plane today. Yup. Definitely won't watch live. Likely won't watch at all. Good for eli and co. Haha eagles front office, a SINGLE additional win all season would have avoided this. I have to admit, I felt bad for that kid that fumbled the return for the 49ers.....Like they say, Schiezen Happens....But my feelings toward J. Harbaugh squared, well those are a wee bit different.....[:0][;)].....

I haven't had a dog in this race for awhile, but since there's no AFC West teams in it to focus my wrath on, I'm going to watch the game and enjoy the festivities that come along with it and couldn't care less who wins/loses.

I was pulling for the Saints against the 49ers a couple of weeks ago and was at a pub next to a table of the most obnoxious 49ers fans (yeah, in Alabama - no shit), so I'd have been pulling for the Taliban if they'd have been playing the 49ers last night. I've been a Pats fan since '95, so I'm glad to see them in the superbowl.

Obviously I'm glad the GMen are in, but damn...would have liked one of the two teams in the Bowl to win their game, rather than their opponent losing the game.
