It's European. My brother's neighbour is a pilot for Air Canada and he gets to take friends with him on trips longer than 4 days and my brother has gone on several the last 2-3 years and he picked this up in Germany or France, he's not sure which. This is it. It is a German concert from just before English Settlement was released. Not a high energy band, but I love the music (and there is Rickenbacker screen time to my delight as well) so it was worth it to me. http://cdon.eu/music/xtc/life_begins_at_the_rock-13014556 It won't play in my Samsung DVD Player, but it played on my PC without any issues.
