I love hefeweizen
General Beer Discussion by FATBOYSYAY
It seems as though everywhere I go, Hefeweizen is spelled differently, so I hope no one takes offense to the way I've spelled it here. I have recently discovered the Erdinger Hefe-Weizen beers. Oh. My. Gosh. The Hefe-Weizein Dark is the best. Just the best. I tried the others first because I didn't even know there was a dark. But now the liquor store has started carrying it (maybe for the holidays upcoming?) but I really like it. I had, for many years, not been able to have alcohol because of a medical condition, but am able to have an occasional beer or whatever now. I enjoy it and want only the best tasting stuff. I think I found it in the dark. I have always loved a good, stout beer, but this is different than anything else. It doesn't taste burned like most dark beers. It's just great. Thank you Erdinger!

Try Schneider (they have a variety of the highest quality wheats from light to dark as well).

I agree always works, but that might be a bit old fashioned.
