did you just have one?! it's 9-ish months old...and still awesome I'm sure. i've had each of the last two years and it's one of the best beers I've ever had!

honestly, the first time i had it, it was 6 months old and you couldn't tell. I didn't even know til i had a pretty fresh one the following year. holds up well...the fresh one was a tiny bit better, not hotter. ridiculous brew!

I probably would not have liked it fresh based on what I drank.

My source for this the last couple years (France44.com) dropped the ball this year, and I was lucky enough to find a lone sixer on another website (internetwines.com). Just arrived at my work (I'm assuming it's all there). Customer service deficient for sure. Hopefully France44 will be on the ball in '14. Probably drinking one when I get home, though!! [:D]

Will do my friend. I was still able to get a sixer, though I'd originally bought twelve, and a few of what I hope will be epic big bottles (Black Betty, Madame Rose, etc...). Still holding out a slim hope for Black Note.
