Here in wisconsin where there is a smoked meat marked every 20 miles or so I love looking up the variety's of bacon,. Maple bacon, applewood smoked bacon from nueske's, hmong side pork bacon, pepper bacon, paprika bacon... but my all time favorite comes from the sixth steet market in Ashland... cinnamon bacon [:p]
