I got a bottle of this last night from a friend, the '04 edition. How much longer should I cellar this monster?
The '04 was sharper than the '03 when I had the '04 last summer on draft. I'm guessing the bottle is plenty settled by now. I have an '05 in my cellar just waiting around. Hmmm, maybe I should put that down soon too.

Drank my first DFH WWS on Christmas day. I had been cellaring it for several months waiting on the right occasion. They sell them next door to my business so I can get some for trade anytime anyone wants one - let me know.

I live in Knoxville, where do they sell it here? I found the 90 minute IPA at a liquor store close to home but not the WWS.

one of the best tasting stouts I have had. Forget the abv - I rank it with Ten Fiddy from Oskars and Expedition from Bell's Good, complex flavor. so much more than the same old chocolate and roasted flavors
