Beer & cheese soup serves 2: 1 strip bacon, chopped handful each of chopped onions, carrot, celery 2 oz. butter 1/4 cup flour 1/2 cup milk 1 beer (for soup) 1 beer (for immediate consumption) 1 1/2 cups broth, chicken or beef (light or dark beer) 4 oz. cheddar salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, dry mustard, worchestershire brown bacon. add vegetables, saute in butter. add flour, stir. add liquids. season to taste. simmer low for 25 min. stir in cheese. serve warm with pumpernickel bread or some pretzels.

I've tried Evil Twin Even More Jesus from CraftBeerKings and cheddar broccoli soup. Not bad at all..but I think another soup could go better with it.
