In addition to Sassy and aabrewer, I could say that softer places on your body are not the fault of beer. Just think more about what you eat, I'm not going to propose you some kind of those diat propaganda, but you should find out meals that make you full but also active (all that fast-food anr other bad things make one full and tired), more than that I personally think that diat based on person's blood type is really effective and worth to pay attention. And don't forget some sports, even just for pleasure. So there is no beer problem. Well I can't understand your measurments because we in Europe use different system. But anyway I wish you luck to feel absolutely good! And there could be nothing good without beer.

It's all pretty straight-forward. Drink and eat in moderation and get plenty of exercise. If you burn more calories than you consume, you'll start dropping pounds.

Interesting thread. Well, in my experience it definitely is doable. For example, in the last month or so I have lost around 8 pounds and I have been drinking beer practically everyday since then. If you watch what you eat and exercise it is plausible, however, I have not been working out for a while and still lost the weight.[;)]

Being young is a grand time, You can do most anything and survive. After ??? a time in your biologial cycle, a person can look at a bier ad, and put on two kilos. At some point you accept a level of excersise, abuse, and form, that works-to get laid and high... Everyone hits ths wall with full baggage in hand.

Beer isn't fattening, its what you do when you drink that is. </font id="quote"></td></tr></table></blockquote id="quote"> Exactly...plus, I've read studies that show that drinking a few beers every day is MUCH better than several on a binge night...also, liquor contributes to abdominal fat, not beer. Ahh but the binge drinking is so much more fun.
