Your Favorite James Bond Movie
Non-Beer Discussion by OIZNOP
I am a Bond junkie. I love these movies as if they were one of my kids (that is if I had kids), so picking a favorite for me would be like showing partiality. I love them all. If I had to pick a favorite Bond it would be Roger Moore, cauz that's who I grew up knowing as James Bond. But Sean Connery WAS James Bond hands down.

Connery is my favorite Bond, but I have enjoyed Brosnan's movies as well. Tomorrow Never Dies is one of my favorites. I love the gadgets - especially the BMW R1200C. My other favorites are Goldfinger (Connery) and the Living Daylights (Dalton). Dalton's other attempt at Bond - License to Kill - is the worst Bond movie to date, I think.

Tomorrow Never Dies probably... but I'm not a fan of Mr.007 and it was quite few years ago when I saw him for the last time.
The earlier ones with Sean Connery were the best, and probably Goldfinger, Thunderball, and You Only Live Twice were the best of those, with honorable mention to From Russia With Love and Dr No. These last two were very faithful adaptations of the novels. Not: anything with that wimpy Roger Moore. Far too much of a pretty boy, and Enlgish to boot. Everyone knows that Bond was a Scot. Having said that, Pierce Brosnan (an Irishman!) was been pretty good in the role. But the Moore ones were just bloody cartoons, about as plausible as say any of the Smoky and the Bandit ilk.

There have been many, but "Die Another Day" has to be the best hands down, simply because of Halle Berry. Yes, there have been better Bonds, but never a better Bond girl. And yes, I have a thing for Halle. [:D]
