Naturally awful

General Beer Discussion by AABREWER318

Its good to see everyone remembering the old days and still giving Natty Ice and company some props for its penny pinching drunk givith-ness........Awful stuff but it has its place[:)].........I think at least half of all Nat'l ice production is consumed by underage kids.......(with a straw)

Well you say at least half by underage kids, Id like to add that at least 95% of the people drinking natty ice are searching for nothing but a buzz. I just cant picture a human enjoying natty ice.

"It has its place"-damn straight! When these two drunks I know were painting my home in the desert, we did not want to spend big bucks on micro brew, so we went down cheapo road, and had a summer long shootout between the Ice brews. Keystone, and the two of us were the loosers! Still, for all the swill, I only had one brush with the "kata", and my pal, whom the katz love, only got bite once. This summer, till I can get the bier compass working, will be Rebel Yell and branch water.

A true College beverage. Natty ice is disgusting but Natural Light was my College beer. Ohhh so many memories (and some that weren't remembered). I've got nothing bad to say about Natural Light.

Natural Light would've been a step UP, since we either drank Beast Light or--even worse--Schaeffer. Hell, I even drank Schlitz, since it was $1.99 a sixer. I'm surprised my liver and I are still on speaking terms.

90 degrees today and gonna stock my golf back with Natural Light and go hit the links! I bet this won't be naturally awful out there... I'm actually looking forward to it. For old times sakes.
