Milon of Croton is a 4% French Saison using Mosiac, Nelson Sauvin, and Santiam hops. The Sanitam hops are from Durand, WI and were used in dry hopping along with Nelson Sauvin. Rye, Oats, and a small amount of Carmel 40L make the backbone for this experimental beer brewed up just for the games. MILON OF CROTON!!! Best. Olympian. Ever.
