Žatec Strong je polotmavý speciál, opravdu silný, pro chvile, kdy bychom si rádi dopøáli neobvyklý zažitek, nìco opravdu výjimeèného. At'již veèer po tìžkém pracovnim dnu nebo pøi jedinecnì, slavnostni pøiležitosti. Polotmavý ležak barvy zimni oblohy tìsnì pøed setmìnim, který Vás pøekvapi svou silou a jemnou, bohatou chutí. Výbìrem nìkolika druhù jeèných a dlouhým zránim se podaøilo uvaøit pivo, které se nepije, ale vychutnává.

500ml capped bottle. Poured in the original Žatec stemmed glass a clear ruby-brown coloured Doppelbock with a good one finger beige creamy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. Poor lacing. The aroma is roasted and caramel malts, dark fruits and spicy, heavy licorice. The flavour is sweety caramel malts, flowery, mint and herbal hops. The mouthfeel is clean, fresh and very smooth. This medium to full bodied Doppelbock has a dry sweety malty and herbal hoppy bitter finish. A very pleasant tasting and quite unusual ( ABV !) Dopplebock from Bohemia.
