First brewed in 2019 by the women of Zaftig for our fifth anniversary, Cashmere Indulgence is as decadent as the name implies. Brewed with over 300 pounds of strawberry purée, this IPA boasts incredible fruit flavor. Cashmere and Mosaic hops add complexity and a smooth bitterness that is mildly aromatic, providing a subtle herbal bouquet. The beer is balanced with lactose to give it a luxurious mouthfeel and dry spiced with Madagascar vanilla beans, adding depth and composition
