We’ve moved on to a combo of Nelson & Centennial in the whirlpool, then a loving addition of Galaxy & Ella for a double dry hop. Oh and malt... AZ grown and malted Sinagua barley was the obvious choice to build a sturdy foundation, and Grain R&D really solidified said relationship with their AZ grown Sonora white wheat. A little more palatable this time at 6.7%. A big tropical embrace makes you feel all warm and fuzzy, oh and stone fruit too, can’t forget about those juicy peach flavors.

Rated July 2020. Pint can pours with a dull opaque pale gold colored body that supports a light tan head of foam. The modest aroma offers up tangelo, a flash of berry and then faint mango. The taste delivers bitter almost tart grapefruit flowing into thinner notes of mango and a bit of tangelo. It maintains a softened slightly sweetened grapefruit like sensation right into the finish. Nice.
