We instantly developed an intense relationship with this hazy IPA, pretty much zero perceived bitterness and lovingly but intensely hopped/double dry hopped with Amarillo and Galaxy at a rate of 6lb/bbl. We are getting huge aromas of dank tropical grapefruit and finishes with a bright stone fruit flavor. This recipe will forever change and never be the same, a true creative outlet for our ever evolving style for brewing IPA.

Rated Jan. 2018. Pint can pours with an opaque dull gold body that supports a nice white head of foam that leaves behind some spotty lacing. The aroma offers up cantaloupe, honeydew, papaya and mango as well as a mild floral hop sensation. The taste delivers smooth soft cantaloupe and mango like hoppiness that quickly morphs into more bitter floral hops and grapefruit to lime like citrus hoppiness. It gets a little green and herbal in bitterness from time to time. Great stuff.
