A DDH Double IPA w/ AZ honey. Brewed with some of our favorite craft beverage producing friends from around the state. All showcasing a particular favorite hop or honey varietal for the beer. @sinaguamalt AZ barley, @grainrandd raw wheat, and a lot more flaked oats than we usually use. A particular hand selected Amarillo (big juicy grapefruit notes) from @tombstonebrewing, then some hbc 431 hops from @darkskybrewing, an excellent Galaxy lot from @pueblovidabrewing, and lastly some tasty small batch Prescott honey with some light fruity notes. We hit the whirlpool with the honey & with that mosaic that we’ve been loving lately. Then dry hopped a ton with all those aforementioned. The end result is beautiful. A pungent hop loaded dipa with a big creamy oats and honey thing going on. Fuzzy peach, tangerine, Italian grapefruit soda, gummy worms, blueberry. 8.5% abv.

Rated Aug. 2020. Pint can pours with a murky near opaque dirty golden grapefruit juice sort of colored body that supports a thin light tan head of foam. The aroma offers up inviting clouds of fresh cubed mango as well as tangelo grapefruit. The taste delivers tangy tangerine and tangelo as well as bitter hop grapefruit notes. Below the tangy hop bitterness lurks softer sweeter notes of fresh mango and some cantaloupe. There's a pretty nice balance achieved here.
