The Seventeen is a 7% IPA brewed with a base of Barke heritage Pilsner malt, AZ grown and malted Sinagua 2-row barley, malted Sonoran wheat from Grain R&D, and finally just a touch of honey malt in ode to our meadery friends. Whirlpool hopped with some especially citrus forward Columbus. We then dry hopped heavily with equal parts Citra & Galaxy. Intense tangerine upfront with some pleasant tropical notes dancing around the backseat.
