Our yearly summer session IPA collaboration with our neighbors at @wanderingtortoise16. Brewed with our house American Pils malt, malted white wheat, and blue beard durum from @grainrandd. For being such a small beer, it’s forced to showcase these beautiful grains. Some grown here in our very sunny state. Hopped entirely with Citra/Strata in the whirlpool and then all Citra for the dry hop. It’s such a zippy lil beer with huge notes of tangerine, papaya, and melon agua fresca.
