Our most excessive/cost intensive triple IPA to date. Essentially an experiment to see what happens when we take our typical 8lb/bbl Wally dry hop rate, and more than double it to a total of 17lbs/bbl of Strata, Wakatu, & Rakau. A very pale in color, but complex grain bill involving; @sinagua AZ grown & malted barley, variety of Pilsner malts, naked malted oats, and flaked barley. Hopped with an extra heavy amount of Strata in the whirlpool before hitting it with that aforementioned dry hop schedule (17lb/bbl). Post fermentation we allowed this one to cold condition a bit longer than typical, in order to ensure a clean packaging run. Leaving us with an absolutely over the top, intense, fruit explosion of an IPA. Ripe apricot, grapefruit mimosa, hemp fields, mango smoothies, and yeah more stone fruit again. Really just a lot going on here. Still 10% just twice the hop load. We’re super happy with the results, can’t wait to share this limited edition AZ Beer Week rendition of your favorite triple IPA series (yes we’ll have it at Strong Beer Fest). We were able to execute this experiment by utilizing our single batch 10bbl fermentor, resulting in a very limited number of cans available.

Rated Sept. 2020. Pint can pours with a murky opaque dull glowing gold to white paper sort of colored body that supports a tiny off white head of foam. The aroma offers up mango, guava, some cantaloupe and then a sense of mineral hops. The taste delivers smooth juicy tangy tangerine, mango, guava and softer sweeter cantaloupe. Toward the finish a thin yet distracting astringent mineral sensation interrupts the experience to a small extent. All in all a fun sipper with zero sense of the ABV.
