Stemmed: Zinfandel is the first in our newest series of Nelson hopped hazy double IPAs that are co-fermented with the juice of certain wine varietals, this time using Zinfandel. We utilize a simple grain bill of American 2-row, flaked oats & a touch of honey malt. Hopped entirely with Nelson in the whirlpool and dry hopped at over 3lb/bbl with Nelson as well. Fermented along side fresh pressed Zinfandel juice using our house English ale yeast. 8.2%.
