Star Valley is a juicy west coast IPA bursting with pineapple, tangerine, & papaya. Brewed with all Mosaic in the whirlpool and then loaded with a double dry hop from two of our favorites, Mosaic and Citra. Super soft and very minimal bitterness, but not overly thick on the body. Just a super easy drinking modern take on an IPA.

Rated June 2020. 32oz crowler pours with a slightly hazy pure gold body that supports a thin near white head of foam. The modest aroma offers up grapefruit, tangelo, mango, floral and slightly herbal hoppiness. The taste delivers similar notes with juicy and slightly tangy grapefruit, mango and tangelo. To midway the floral and herbal like notes bubble to the surface. This is nice with plenty of hop depth and it's pretty darn crushable.
