SUMMER BRINGS ZIPPY SESSION IPA. This lil guy is a Centennial & Simcoe hopped 4.4% hazy session IPA, built around the classic idea of loading up a session beer with big hops and big drinkability. We used our standard pils, plus a ton of raw blue beard durum from @grainrandd, flaked oats, and malted wheat. Soft water. A little extra charge of hot side whirlpool hops to make that simcoe pop. We then let centennial be the bright fun lemony lime hop that it is in the dry hop. Really nice dankness paired with really nice citrus. All in one nice easy to crush package. Thanks Splinkles.
