Remember Spellbinder? He’s back in Waimea form! That’s right, our House Hazy IPA makes its return with another piquant New Zealand Single Hop variation. For the uninitiated, Single Hop Spellbinder takes our eversteady Spellbinder recipe and simply… swaps out its standard American hops for unique hops from around the world; which brings us to Waimea. Waimea was released in 2012 with a parental lineage of Saaz, Cluster, and Fuggle, though departing from those hops, this high myrcene varietal brings us bright aromas of Citrus, Tangelo, Citrus, Yuzu, Citrus, Brightness, Citrus, Tangerine Bubblegum, and Citrus. Guys, it’s like, really good. It’s Spellbinder with Waimea.
