Spellbinder from down under! For this edition of Spellbinder we brewed and dry-hopped exclusively with an extremely expressive lot of @freestylehops 2022 Riwaka! One of the most complex single hops grown in the world, Riwaka offers a citrus depth that we really believe is unmatched. With a little luck we were able to get a few boxes (honestly it’s hard to get) and wanted to test its full expression through Spellbinder, a base that we love so well. Riwaka’s citrus character comes through as fresh yuzu and a spritz of lime peel with a deep ruby red grapefruit complexity. The comparison of the flavors to a Hemingway Daiquiri are undeniable if you are the type of person to enjoy a well-made afternoon cocktail. We hope you enjoy the refreshing experience this Spellbinder offers. It just might be our favorite version yet.
