Introducing SPELLBINDER WITH NELSON, a 7% Hazy IPA... A new Spellbinder variant! We swapped in 100% Nelson hops pound for pound instead of using our traditional Citra Mosaic combo. Same grain bill and same cellar process too! We trade off modern American hop flavor for big earth yet tropical intensity. Classic Nelson vibes of lychee/white grape, some pineapple and citrus going on in the back. It’s Spellbinder, but with Nelson!
