Single Hop Spellbinder is back with 100% Citra! The Single Hop Spellbinder series is our way of showcasing some of our favorite hop varieties set within our favorite Hazy IPA recipe. Spellbinder w/ Citra takes us to the Pacific Northwest where we annually select our year’s worth of hops for Spellbinder and, effectively, all of our IPAs. Citra has been the biggest driving hop in American IPAs since its release in 2007 and is a definitive front runner in our classic Spellbinder recipe. For this variant, we simply replaced all other Dry Hop additions with this past year’s selected lot of Citra and let it run wild. With heavy notes of Citrus and Peach and Spellbinder’s classic soft and clean finish, it’s an absolute stunner. 6.9% ABV.
