A very special beer with a very special collaborator! Billy Goat Hop Farms out of Montrose, Colorado, is one of our favorite boutique growers in the country! Their name may ring a bell as we try to use them whenever we can, most notably in our Fresh Hop IPA. For this go-round, Billy Goat hops get the Spellbinder treatment. We started as if we were brewing good old-fashioned Spellbinder, but when it came to the hop additions, it was ALL Billy Goat hops, including loads of Idaho 7, Cascade, Chinook, and Crystal. Delightfully resinous yet tropical all at the same time.
