Every now and then we get an urge for something a little nostalgic, but hey, who doesn't? For this one, we reached back deep into the archives for an old school Imperial IPA recipe (specifically the glorious times of 2015). From there we made some tweaks to the recipe, added what are currently our favorite hops varietals (Citra, Strata, El Dorado in the boil and Amarillo/ Simcoe in the dry hop) , then proceeded to let time and yeast work its magic from there. This one ticks ALL the boxes in regards to old school IPA. Clean yet dank aromas in the glass. On the palate you'll be gently greeted with fruit flavors reminiscent of clementine and yellow kiwi.
