Shy Girl Garth is a tribute Double IPA that we’ll be releasing to celebrate our newest brewery member. Think of it as a scaled up Spellbinder 2.5 coming in right around 9% and hopped extensively with Nelson and Mandarina Bavaria.

Rated April 2019. Pint can pours with a murky opaque dirty copper grapefruit juice looking body that supports a light tan head of foam. The aroma offers up mango and cantaloupe as well as a modest level of grapefruit. The taste delivers a nice deep tangy juicy mango note backed up by pith and grapefruit bitterness. To midway smooth juicy guava and cantaloupe join in to create a deeper, juicier, softer and sweeter tangy experience heading into the finish. Solid rather intense IIIPA with little sense of the ABV.
