Old Dog is brewed with a mix of American Two Row barley and German Pilsner Malt. Heavily hopped with Mosaic in the whirlpool and dry hopped with Mosaic, Citra, and Amarillo. A new take on an old school IPA brewed with our favorite American Hops creates a dry beer with bright hop profile. Low bitterness and dry finish makes this a very drinkable IPA.

Rated Feb. 2019. Pint can pours with a near clear pure gold body that supports a light tan head of foam. The aroma offers up various notes of tangelo and clementine and faintly grapefruit hoppiness. The taste delivers citrusy hop bitterness from grapefruit and clementine flowing into pilsner malt sweetened clementine juiciness. This is citrus bitter hop forward with soft sweet pilsner malts and it works pretty well.
