Our 5th anniversary seemed like a good reason to make a beer like this. We took our beloved galaxy ddh DIPA Dreamy Draw and just gave it more of everything. A 100% Galaxy hopped 10% triple IPA was the result. AZ grown and malted Sinagua barley, Grain R&D white wheat and blue beard durum, and then just a ton of oats. Once again we were able to get our hands on the same freshly packaged Galaxy that we used for the past 2 dreamy draws. Dry hopped with even more of it this time. The hop intensity is incredible! Deep tropical fruit, dank grape, citrus resin. Combining brewing techniques from our Wally series & these incredible galaxy hops was a blast. Hope you enjoy as much as we do!

Rated Sept. 2020. Pint can pours with a murky opaque dull dirty copper gold body that supports a nice tight light tan head of foam. The aroma offers up cantaloupe and mango and then orange cream cycle inviting goodness. The taste delivers smooth soft juicy sweet cantaloupe, guava and mango tropical fruitiness and then rolling into tangy and bitter grapefruit and tangerine citrus hoppiness. Solid but it took a good month before it mellowed out enough to really enjoy. Your results may vary.
