We’ve been experimenting with a new house ale yeast to go after a more delicate, fruity and hazy experience and are overjoyed with the outcome! To keep this new yeast healthy and active we’ll be releasing a one-off series of taproom only beer (with crowler fills) in between larger batches destined for the canning line. First up is Mayweed, a 6.3% Cascade single-hopped, soft, juicy, and low IBU IPA with notes of apricot and honeydew. We added a touch of local wheat for a hefty mouthfeel and very pale color.
