Of course, our AZ natives know that Valentine’s Day shares the calendar with Arizona’s Eleventy-First Birthday and to help share the love of our beautiful place, we used a healthy heap of AZ grown Rouge Bourdeaux and White Sonoran Wheat from our growing friends @grainrandd along with a bit of 2-row barley grown in the Verde Valley by @sinaguamalt next to our house Pilsner malt and a few bags of oats to both add a soft complexity. Expect a showwcase of Galaxy, Strata, and Idaho 7 hops placed lovingly into this beautiful wort that give off a deep strawberry-infused, dank, guava aroma and a wonderful pale hazy appearance.
