Every morning when we are greeted outside the brewery by our spokescat Gravy, we often wonder what shenanigans he got into the night before. Well, it turns out he trotted all the way to New Zealand and came back letting us know we need to brew another beer for him but with all exciting and experimental hops from down unda. IT’S ALL GRAVY was brewed a little bigger this year, hopped with 100% Waimea in the whirlpool giving notes of refreshing lime, and dry hopped with Riwaka, Egger’s Special (can’t get enough of these lots), Kohia Nelson, and Kohia Motueka Hop Kief. An absolutely smashing combo, from aroma to flavor, big big notes of passion fruit and fresh squeezed lemonade. If Gravy was a beer drinker, he’d really dig this one.
