It’s the best time of the year! Folks, we made our list and checked it twice on this beautiful holiday Wally trying to make a drinking experience as soft as a first chair run on a powder day. We filled our sleigh with a high amount of Malted Wheat, an even higher amount of AZ grown Raw White Wheat, and sent them off into the mash tun with some Malted Oats and our House Pilsner Malt for an unforgettable Holiday Mixer! As it came time to dry hop, visions of Amarillo, Cascade, and Citra danced in our heads giving us a pleasant pine and orange zest aroma! Festive! Holly Jolly Wally pairs well with setting up the model train, hanging ornaments high up on the tree, and dashing through the snow. Happy Holidays!
