Introducing HOLLY JOLLY WALLY (2021), a 10% TIPA... Holly Jolly Wally It’s that time of year for our super soft & tropical hazy triple IPA! Brewed with our house pils malt, blue beard durum, Sonora white wheat, malted oats, and a bit of malted wheat to round it out. Hopped heavily in the whirlpool with Freestyle Hops NZ grown Nelson & Wakatu. Fermented with our house English ale yeast and dry hopped at our “DDH” rate with both NZ grown Pacific Sunrise & Pacific Jade. Saturated with dank tropical hop aroma. Tangerine, mango, pineapple, honeysuckle.
