Introducing HOLLY JOLLY WALLY, a 10% TIPA... HOLLY JOLLY WALLY is our latest Wally and a very festive one at that. This iteration of Wally was crafted with our favorite ingredients: local Sinagua malt, malted wheat and a touch of Grain R&D blue beard wheat for that unctuous mouthfeel you expect in a Wally TIPA. Dry-hopped lovingly with Pacific Sunrise, Idaho 7 and a bit of Simcoe for good measure. Full of pineapple, cantaloupe and a touch of clementine orange to round out a beautiful drinking experience.

    Aroma: 9 | Appearance: 10 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 9 | Overall: 9

Rated Dec. 2020. Pint can pours with a murky totally opaque dull papery gold body that supports a nice off white head of foam. The aroma offers up loads of tropical notes like peach, mango, cantaloupe and a bit of passion fruity rimmed thinly by citrus hoppiness. The taste delivers mango, tangy tangerine, some guava and peach. Yes. This is smooth and juicy and bitter with some citrus. I love it. Well off in the background is a sense of grainy malts that create a little more depth and interest. This edition of Wally works very well.
