Titan and Saturn are the first beers from the HOP FWD program with @yakimachief which we were graciously selected for. This hazy IPA was brewed utilizing large percentages of high protein grains bringing a big mouthfeel to this beer before it was split in very early fermentation to ensure as similar of a base beer as possible before double dry hopping each with the experimental hop product and our standard hopping methods respectively. SATURN This portion utilized Chinook in the form of YCH's 701 oil enriched extract with our YCH selected Citra lot in its dry hop. Just 200g of this experimental product replaced upwards of 70% of our dry hop on this beer.
