Cold IPA is here for summer! The Cold IPA concept is simple: Make an extremely lean, clean, and crisp beer that uses American adjunct ingredients like corn in this case, and Lager yeast to allow your favorite hop varieties to really zip, glow, shimmer, pop, shine, snap, and crackle. Psyche showcases this premier Cascade along with their bright, grassy, citrus, and pine forward Comet and Chinook. This is the definitive beer for river, stream, pool, lake, ocean, puddle, or pond hanging days.

    Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 9

Pint can pours with a clear copper to gold colored body that supports a thin white head of foam. The aroma offers up lemon to tangelo like citrus and little else. The aroma offers up muted citrus and thin hits of mango. The taste delivers thin lager fruity yeasty ester then citrus zest, tangelo and a bit of tangy tangerine. This comes across smooth and fairly deep with flavor and bringing up a wide post of citrus noes.
