Introducing our newest of our Heavenly Body series, MARS! This Red IPA was brewed with a tasteful blend of caramel and roasted malts bringing a bready, honey sweetness, pouring a beautiful shaded red hue. Balancing that sweetness with frequent Centennial and Amarillo additions throughout the boil for a classic American IPA bitterness. Dry hopped using the same hop combination, we're getting a little crisp black currant and grapefruit aroma foreshadowing the bitterness in this beer. Flavors of fresh lemon, that classic resinous pine, and a hint of refreshing honeydew melon. This is a food beer through and through, it's hoppy bitterness has us reading menus online for bleu cheese bacon burgers to grab after work.
