Your favorite brewery cat is taking over our taproom for Gravy Day, and he's even getting his own beer out of it. GRAVY is brewed with a hefty blend of both flaked wheat and oats atop @grainrandd White Sonora Wheat and our house favorite base malt give this beer a crisp yet full body. 100% Simcoe in the whirlpool for its classicly balanced twangy citrus and piney aromas. Dry hopped with Nelson, Citra, and @billygoathopfarm Chinook bringing a unique combination of ripe passionfruit and ruby red grapefruit, with a refreshing peach flavor at the end parallel to its moderate bitterness. If Gravy was allowed to have some, we think it's just the way he'd like it.
