Introducing GRATEFUL BOB'S, a 6.4% West Coast IPA... WEST COAST BABY! We teamed up with the fine sandwich (burgers too) slinging folks at Worth Takeaway for their annual Jim Bob’s Burger pop up. A really fine-tuned, hop-focused, bright West Coast IPA was in order. Why a West Coast? Well you ever drink a fresh westy with a cheeseburger? Exactly. We start with a nice grain bill of American Pils malt, AZ grown & malted barley via @sinaguamalt, @weyermann Bohemian Pils, Carafoam, honey malt. A slightly crisp water profile & attenuated to ideal dryness. Loaded up with some of our favorite hops to use for these west coast styles, all courtesy of @billygoathopfarm out of Montrose, CO. We’re talkin' fresh 2020 harvest CRYSTAL & CHINOOK! Dry hopped at 3lb/bbl with the same! These are insane, don’t be fooled by their old school names. CITRUS, PINE, OH AND A TON OF PEACH. Like peach rings ok, but also real fuzzy peach. It’s crazy delicious y’all. This West Coast IPA is hands down our favorite to date.

Rated Dec. 2020. Pint can pours with a clear deep gold body that has thin copper hues and supports a white head of foam. The aroma offers up soft notes of watermelon, tangerine and some mango. The taste delivers a blend of mango and watermelon and a bit of guava. To midway it picks up a pleasing murmur of earthy tea like hoppiness. It is a little sweet and pillowy in the middle but the sense of watermelon and faint black earthy tea makes this work. Fun.
