This hoppy beer takes inspiration from our favorite classic beers with one goal; to satisfy a craving we've been having for that old-school bitterness. An incredibly simple grain bill leaving a clean canvas for these classic hops to shine. Frequent and generous additions of Centennial and Cascade in the kettle give an incredible bitter citrus and resinous profile, hitting that crisp bitterness we were chasing. Insane amounts of Centennial in the whirlpool and a dry hop of more Cascade and Amarillo bring greyhound-level aromas of ripe grapefruit with a balanced earthiness. A hoppy beer so crisp, taking you back to the simpler times. If you close your eyes you might even see your Limewire queue. 5.6%
