Back again for one of the best times of year is our fresh hop IPA brewed with the fine folks of @billygoathopfarm! Brewed this year with their Chinook and Crystal hitting our mash tun less than 24 hours from being picked from the bine. This beers basis is a simpler grist to create a canvas for these hops to show through. Increasing this years additions to upwards of 30lbs/bbl of fresh hops, we're getting big aromas of bright citrus, hints of tropical fruits, and a refreshing florality. Dry hopped in parallels with their '23 Chinook and Crystal as well, this beer is shining with flavors of more citrus with a black tea sweetness and a subtle dank finish. These beers and this season are a pure delight for us, and look forward to it every year. Drink fresh and enjoy!
