Introducing DANK BOY WALLY, a 10% Hazy TIPA... Wally triple IPA is back! This time with even more …dankness. Dank Boy Wally is brewed with our house pils malt, blue beard durum, farro, malted oats, and a bit of malted wheat to round it out. Hopped heavily in the whirlpool with Strata and Galaxy. Fermented with our house English ale yeast and dry hopped at our “DDH” rate with a real heady mix of Nelson, Galaxy and Citra, with just a touch of HBC 586. Saturated with mind bending hop aroma. Grape, mango, orange aroma throughout.

Rated May 2022. Pint can pours with a murky, opaque, dirty dull gold to copper color that supports a nice off white head of foam. The aroma offers up a pulse of peach and tangerine and then settling into mango, guava and cantaloupe. The taste delivers similar notes of peach bleeding quickly over to mango and tangy tangerine. To midway the hops pick up a mild mineral and hop burn sensation that tugs the experience into the wrong direction. It remains juicy and citrusy and soft tropical fruitiness right into the finish with little to no sense of the big ABV,
