A hoppy + hazy NEIPA brewed with @sinaguamalt, @grainrandd malted wheat, and flaked oats. Lots of citra in the whirlpool, and then what we’d say is a perfect trio in the dry hop—citra, nelson, & mosaic. Essentially a tropical white wine mimosa

Rated July 2020. 32oz crowler pours with a murky nearly opaque copper gold body that supports a nice off white head of. The aroma offers up a sizable pulse of pineapple leading to lesser amounts of mango, cantaloupe and a citrus sensation. The taste delivers a punchy, almost annoyingly so, sweet soft pineapple fruitiness. To midway it picks up further soft and sweet cantaloupe and mango and eventually getting to a more hop bitter citrus flavor. Finally. This might have been a better experience if I had let it mellow in the fridge a week or two.
